Cancellation Policy
Scheduling necessitates a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking, in which will be deducted from your total balance. For the remaining balance, payment options include cash, Cash App, and Zelle. A minimum notice of 24 hours is necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide this notice will incur a charge amounting to 50% of the total, which must be settled before rescheduling. If you anticipate any delays, please kindly notify me. A grace period of 10 minutes is allotted for your arrival. After this timeframe, rescheduling of your appointment will be necessary, with the forfeiture of your deposit. Such behavior will not be tolerated and may result in a ban from the booking website in addition to a 100% charge of the total service fee.
