Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Mi Beauty coaching programs! To ensure a positive and productive experience for all participants, we have established the following policies. By enrolling in any of our coaching programs, you agree to these terms. 1. Program Commitment Participants are expected to commit fully to the coaching program by attending all scheduled sessions, completing assignments, and engaging actively in discussions. Mi Beauty coaching programs require a time investment as outlined in the program details. 2. Payment and Refunds *Payment for the program is required in full or through an agreed-upon payment plan before the start date. *All payments are non-refundable unless specified in a written agreement. Exceptions may be made at Mi Beauty’s discretion for extraordinary circumstances. *Late payments for installment plans may result in suspension of services until the account is up to date. 3. Rescheduling and Attendance *Participants must notify their coach at least 24 hours in advance if they need to reschedule a session. Sessions missed without prior notice may not be rescheduled or refunded. Group sessions will proceed as scheduled. Recordings (if applicable) will be provided to those who cannot attend live. 4. Participant Responsibility *Coaching is a collaborative process. Results depend on the participant’s effort, engagement, and commitment. Mi Beauty does not guarantee specific outcomes, as success varies based on individual circumstances and actions. 5. Termination of Services Mi Beauty reserves the right to terminate a participant’s involvement in the program for failure to adhere to these policies, disruptive behavior, or lack of engagement.If services are terminated due to a policy violation, no refunds will be issued. ****Disclaimers**** Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or professional legal/financial advice.
